Competition Process

  • Preview Competition

To browse the information of each competition, please click on the specific competition page. At the same time, please be sure to pay attention to the important dates of the competition and the Q&A for participation.

  • Fill The Contest Information

Please fill in according to the competition entry form, which is divided into  individual group and team group.

  • Submission Of Work

You can choose to upload the works through the association's website or submit them via Whatsapp/Email. Please note that only one submission method is required.

  • View Results

The competition results will be announced on the association's website, and all participants will be notified via Whatsapp or Email.

  • Apply For Awards

To apply for awards, please click on the award application link on the association's website. After a successful application, please send us a screenshot of the application via Whatsapp. If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact us.

  • Award Delivery

After the awards are issued, we will provide the logistics tracking method and the waybill number.

Competition Rules

1、Originality: All entries must be completed independently by the participant. No submissions of others' works are allowed. Participants may use their own previous competition works.

2、Content Restrictions: All entries must not contain obscene, violent, sexual, defamatory, inappropriate, or controversial content. Violation of this rule will result in disqualification without prior notice.

 

3、Personal Data Use: Personal information provided by participants will only be used for competition contact purposes and to distribute competition notifications.

 

​4、Accuracy of Information: Participants must ensure that their personal information is accurate. The organizers will not be responsible for any errors.

 

5、Acceptance of Terms: By submitting their entries, participants agree to all competition terms and conditions. The organizers reserve the right to disqualify any participant believed to have violated any competition rules, and there will be no appeals process.

Scoring Criteria

  • Creativity and Originality: Assess the level of innovation and uniqueness of the work.

  • Technical Skill and Technique: Measure the proficiency of the techniques and skills used in the work.

  • Expression and Emotion: Evaluate the emotions and meanings conveyed by the work.

  • Overall Impact and Visual Appeal: Assess the overall visual effect and attractiveness of the work.
