Award Claim Guidelines:
Awards must be requested by the awardees themselves. After the ordering process is completed, awards will be dispatched within approximately two months.
Certificates will be issued in English, while medals and trophies will feature Chinese text. Awardees must accurately provide the following information:
Chinese and English names (as registered with their educational institution)
School/Institution name
Valid email address
Correction Policy:
One free correction is allowed for errors in submitted information. Requests must be submitted via WhatsApp.
Subsequent modifications will incur a fee of HKD 100 per request.
Certificate Security Features:
Each certificate bears an independent and unique serial number linked to the awardee’s registered name for institutional verification purposes.
Tampering with certificate details will invalidate the certificate.
