10. Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the World Youth Talent Education Association (WYTEA), its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and service providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

b) Any breach of this Privacy Policy or violation of applicable laws or regulations;
c) Your infringement of any third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or contractual rights.

This indemnification obligation shall continue in effect even after the termination of your engagement with WYTEA’s services.
